This 3 ingredient toffee is so easy to make!!
What you need....
1 cup ( 2 sticks, 8 oz or 225 g) unsalted butter
1/3 cup (79 ml) water
1 and 1/4 cup ( 9oz or 260 g) granulated sugar
How to make this...
1.) In a shallow pan melt the butter on medium high heat.
2.) Add sugar and water and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
3.) Pour the mixture on a sheet pan lined with parchment or a silicon mat and let cool completely.
