Chocolate Kransekake

What you need…..

8 oz. (228 g) Almond flour

3 cups (15 1/2 oz, 455 g) confectioners sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 large egg whites

1 and 3/4 oz (150 g) cocoa powder



How to make this…..


  • pre heat oven to 300 degrees F

  • Sift the flour and cocoa powder.

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low until a dough forms.

  • Wrap the dough and chill over night or for at least two hours.

  • Prep your Kransekake pans with pan spread.

  • Roll dough into logs that are the same size as the pan cavities.

  • Bake 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.

  • Cool before turning them out of the forms.
