What you need…..
8 oz. (228 g) Almond flour
3 cups (15 1/2 oz, 455 g) confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large egg whites
1 and 3/4 oz (150 g) cocoa powder
How to make this…..
pre heat oven to 300 degrees F
Sift the flour and cocoa powder.
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low until a dough forms.
Wrap the dough and chill over night or for at least two hours.
Prep your Kransekake pans with pan spread.
Roll dough into logs that are the same size as the pan cavities.
Bake 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Cool before turning them out of the forms.
