You can use this mixture to create cake pops, ice cream sandwiches or ice cream cakes!!
What you need....
5 cups garbage cake (cake crumbs or left over cake scraps)
1 cup cream cheese buttercream (you can use regular buttercream or any icing)
How to make this....
Place cake into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. You can also do this in a mixing bowl and use a spoon to mix by hand.
Place the mixer on low and allow the cake to break up into crumbs.
Add buttercream and mix on low until incorporated. It should be the consistency of cookie dough.
