Yield: 1 nine inch pan of brownies
What you need.....
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
9 ounces dark chocolate
3 tablespoons corn syrup or glucose
4 large eggs
1 Tablespoon espresso powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
11⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
How to make this.....
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 9 inch pan with nonstick spray.
In a saucepan, heat the butter, granulated and brown sugars, chocolate, and corn syrup until melted and dissolved.
Pour the melted mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix on low speed.
Add the cocoa and flour and mix until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake until set in the middle, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool overnight in the fridge before removing from pan.

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tablespoons coffee liquor (optional)
1 teaspoon espresso powder

3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
