Vegan Vanilla Buttercream

What you need....


2 pounds unsalted butter substitute

12 oz. powdered sugar (vegan)

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

How to make this....


  1. Sift powdered sugar.

  2. Place butter substitute in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

  3. cream butter substitute until smooth.

  4. Switch the attachment to the whip.

  5. Mix on low until fully incorporated.

  6. Turn mixer to medium high and beat for one minute.
